Keith & I were on one of those rare shopping trips where we were both in the store without kids. Has that ever happened before? Anyway, since we were leisurely combing the aisles, Keith was eyeing new running shorts. I reminded him that he has five nice pair, but his unmentionables are in shreds! The last few times I did laundry, I was beginning to wonder if they’d make it through to see the next laundry day. It’s time to fill that drawer with new ones. He was shocked by the news. Men!
Keith had a wonderful idea to recycle his unmentionables (underwear). Why not save those for white board erasers in his fourth grade classroom? (He has me save old socks for this purpose.) I can’t stop laughing enough to write this post! I’m crying!!! Sorry, I had to share. The picture in my head of those poor kids trying to learn using their teacher’s recycled goods! It’s too rich! (BTW: He was joking.)
